How do I become an Exhibitor?
To become an exhibitor at Bead Fest Miami you must download, complete and submit a booth contract. Download a 2008 Contract.

What comes with a booth / Artisan table?
Our booths are 10' x 10' and come with one(1) 8' table, one chair, and a watebasket.
Artisan tables consist of one(1) 8' table, one chair and a wastebaskt. There is 3' body space behind the table (no selling in this area).
What doesn't come with a booth?
You must purchase your own Carpeting, Electricity, Telephone, Internet and extra furniture. Click on the highlighted text above to download order forms.
When is Move In/Setup?
Move in - Thursday, April 10: 12 PM - 9 PM & Friday, April 11: 7:30 AM - 11 AM.
You will most likely not have access to the facility prior to these posted hours. Should you arrive early, you may need to wait before granted access to the facility.
Vendor check-in continues on Thursday until 7 PM.
Move Out Information:
Move Out - Sunday, April 13: 5PM - 8PM.
Booths are to remain open and staffed at all times. Any violations will result in a penalty fee and incur risk of losing booth space and/or position at any or all future events.
Vendor Check In Information:
Vendor check-in is in the lobby on Thursday, April 10 until 7 PM.
You will receive your welcome letter, badges, Merchant License and any other pertinent information.
How do I advertise in the show program?
Please download and complete an Advertising Opportunities form and send it back to us.

How do I order tables?
Tables must be ordered through the decorator. Download a form, complete and submit with payment.
You may bring your own tables and furniture.
How do I order electricity?
Electricity is contracted through Valley Forge Convention Center. Please fill out their form and submit with payment.
Does the Hall receive wireless/phone service?
The Valley Forge Convention Center does receive wireless/phone service however there are spots througout the hall that may not receive service.
Where/when do I ship my freight?
Freight addresses and dates will be posted in 2008.
What is the sales tax?
Sales tax for Miami is 7%.
