Below are the forms you’ll need to order supplies and services for the show.

A 8' x 10' BOOTH comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
A TABLE comes with ONE(1) 6' x 3' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
BADGES - Each booth/table comes with THREE (3) badges.

There are 2 forms every vendor MUST fill out before participating in Bead Fest Santa Fe
MANDATORY New Mexico CRS Tax ID number
Fill out the New Mexico CRS Tax ID application and send it in - obtaining a CRS ID number is FREE.
Instructions for filling out the above form.
If you have done any show in NM the state may have your old Tax ID# activated. To see if they still have one on file call 505-827-0951.
Santa Fe Special Events License
Fill out the form and send it in - you MUST HAVE YOUR NM TAX ID NUMBER to fill out this form!
THE EXHIBITOR KIT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
THE KIT WILL BE POSTED LATE 2008/EARLY 2009.
