(This button does not work) • You can specify an alternate class (in case your #1 choice is filled) by writing it in the Special Instructions section of the Billing Information section • To remove a class from your schedule, click the Drop A Class button. Change the Quantity to ZERO. • Click on MY CLASSES to view your scheduled class(es). • Use the VIEW CLASSES button to see all classes offered. • Click on CHECK OUT when you are ready to pay. Your credit card will be used to hold your spot in the class - charges usually appear a few days after your initial registration date. • All credit card numbers are encrypted for your protection. Charges will show up as billed from Lapidary Journal or Interweave.

Bead Fest Santa Fe Cancellation Policy Please choose your classes carefully! If a class is canceled by the instructor or by Bead Fest Santa Fe, a full refund will be given to the registered students, or the registered student may replace the class for no additional fee. Class Change Fees: Students may change classes for a $25.00 per class change fee. Classes are non-transferrable between shows. To cancel or change a class, e-mail Class Registration or call 610-232-5733. Cancellation/Refund Dates: If you cancel your class registration by the end of day Fri., January 22, 2009: You will be refunded 100% of class/kit cost, minus $25.00 per class. From January 23th until the event, there is a 0% refund for class fees and kits will not be mailed or refunded for cancelling the class. You may change classes for a $25/per class change fee. A $10 on-site registration fee will be charged to students registering at the show. Online registration will close March 1, 2009. Required kits: Some classes require students to purchase particular supplies when taking that class. These kits include materials and tools that the students need to complete the projects and will be provided at the classroom. Required kit fees are listed within the class descriptions and the required fee is automatically tallied with the class registration cost.
