| PA Tax ID Number information All vendors must have a PA Tax license to sell in the state of Pennsylavania, you must collect state sales tax 6% and remit it to the state. A 10' x 10' BOOTH comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges. An ARTISAN TABLE comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges. BADGES - Each booth/table comes with THREE (3) badges. Names must be emailed to Morgan Kralle, mkralle@interweave.com. DEADLINE: March 22, 2010 A REQUIRED Township Merchant License will be given out during check-in and must be clearly displayed THE EXHIBITOR KIT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
