Bead Fest Philadelphia Cancellation Policy NEW Cancellation Policy! We have a new Cancellation Policy as of January 2007 for all our shows. Please choose your classes carefully! If a class is canceled by the instructor or by Bead Fest Philadelphia, a full refund will be given to the registered students, or the registered student may change into another class for no additional fee. Class Change Fees: Students may change classes for a $25.00 per class change fee. Classes are non-transferrable between shows. To cancel or change a class, e-mail Class Registration or call 610-232-5733. Bead Fest Philadelphia Cancellation/Refund Dates: If you cancel your class registration by the end of day Fri., July 2, 2008: You will be refunded 100% of class/kit cost, minus $25.00 per class. From July 3 until the event, there is a 0% refund for class fees and kits will not be mailed or refunded for cancelling the class. You may change classes for a $25/per class change fee. A $10 on-site registration fee will be charged to students registering at the show. Online registration will close August 11, 2009. Required kits: Some classes require students to purchase particular supplies when taking that class. These kits include materials and tools that the students need to complete the projects and will be provided at the classroom. Required kit fees are listed within the class descriptions and the required fee is automatically tallied with the class registration cost. Optional kits: Some classes have optional kits mentioned in their descriptions. These kits will be available during the class, and students can pay for them at the beginning of the class. In a few cases, an instructor requires advance notice to bring the kit; if advance notice is required, the instructor contact information will be provided within the class description.
