When/Where/How much is the show? Is this a wholesale or retail event/what do wholesale buyers need to do? How do I get there? Is there parking? Do you have a Hotel block? Does the Hall receive wireless/phone service? Where/when do I ship my freight? What is the sales tax? When/Where/How much is the show? Detailed show information can be found in the bazaar section. Is this a wholesale or retail event/what do wholesale buyers need to do? Our events are open to the public and tend to be retail oriented. As such, prices marked by vendors should always be retail. There are qualified wholesale buyers who attend, but as there is no pre-registration/credentials checked at the door, it is up to each INDIVIDUAL vendor to (a) chose whether or not they wish to conduct wholesale transactions, (b) check the buyer's credentials to confirm that they are licensed for wholesale transactions, and (c) set their own minimums for such transactions. VENDORS: It is illegal to engage in a wholesale transaction without charging sales tax (in states where there is a sales tax) with anyone who is not properly licensed. BUYERS: All must respect vendor policies and not expect such pricing if not properly qualified. How do I get there? Directions are found on our travel section. Is there parking? Yes, there is free parking at the Convention Center. Do you have a Hotel block? We do, detailed information can be found in our travel section. When/Where are the workshops? Our workshops are located within the Radisson and Scanticon Hotels which are directly connected to the Valley Forge Convention Center. Detailed information on workshops can be found in our workshop section. How do I register for workshops? Online Workshop Registration will open Thursday, January 7th at 11am EST. What do I need to bring? Anything listed in the "Students are required to bring" section of the class description along with a tasklight and extension cord/power strip. This information will be on the workshop registration page as well as within your confiramation email. What do I need to do onsite/do I need to sign in? If you have received your badge in the mail (they will be mailed 2-3 weeks before the show), then you can go straight to your workshop. Workshop information, and classroom is listed on the back of your badge. If you have not recieved your badge, you must come to workhshop registration to pick up your badge. Your badge gets you free access to the bazaar the entire length of the show. How do I become an Exhibitor? You can download a 2010 booth contract and submit with deposit. If you have any questions you can contact Tammy Yelton-Boone What comes/doesnt come with a booth/Artisan table? Our booths & artisan tables come with one(1) table, one chair, and a watebasket. You must purchase your own carpeting, electricity, telephone, internet and extra furniture. The forms can be downloaded from the for exhibitor section. When is move in/tear down? Move-In and Tear Down information can be found in our for exhibitor section. How do I advertise with Bead Fest? The main level does recieve a wireless signal - but coverage is spotty and cannot be guaranteed. Where/when do I ship my freight?
