Below are the forms you’ll need to order supplies and services for the show.

2010 Bazaar Hours:			Setup Hours:
Fri. Sat. Sun.	August 20: 10 AM - 7 PM August 21: 10 AM - 6 PM August 22: 11 AM - 5 PM		Thurs. Fri.	August 19: 10 AM - 9 PM (vendor checkin until 7 PM) August 20: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM

			Tear Down Hours:
			Sun.	August 22: 5 PM - 8 PM

A 10' x 10' BOOTH comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.

An ARTISAN TABLE comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.

BADGES - Each booth/table comes with THREE (3) badges.

DEADLINE: August 4, 2010

PA Tax ID Number information
All vendors must have a PA Tax license to sell in the state of Pennsylavania, you must collect state sales tax 6% and remit it to the state.

A REQUIRED Township Merchant License will be given out during check-in and must be clearly displayed

THE EXHIBITOR KIT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
THE KIT WILL BE POSTED EARLY 2010.
