BEAD FEST SANTA FE EXHIBITOR FORMS

Below are the forms you’ll need to order supplies and services for the show.

An 8' x 10' BOOTH comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
Located in the Santa Fe Community Convention Center

A TABLE comes with ONE(1) 6' x 3' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
Located in Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza



BADGES - Each booth/table comes with THREE (3) badges.
Names must be emailed to Morgan Kralle, mkralle@interweave.com.

There are 2 forms every vendor MUST fill out before participating in Bead Fest Santa Fe - Your booth application will not be considered complete without the special events license form attached
MANDATORY New Mexico CRS Tax ID number
Fill out the New Mexico CRS Tax ID application and send it in - obtaining a CRS ID number is FREE.
Instructions for filling out the above form.

If you have done any show in NM the state may have your old Tax ID# activated. To see if they still have one on file call 505-827-0951.

You must have your CRS number to fill out the Special Events License Form!

Fill out the form and send it in to Morgan- you MUST HAVE YOUR NM TAX ID NUMBER to fill out this form!
*** YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS LISCENSE, DO NOT SUBMIT TO THE CITY OF SANTA FE ***
If you vend at the Convention Center and will also be selling at the Meet the Teachers Reception, you will need 2 licenses, one for each location.

Where to pick up badges and tax license:
Vendors at either location need to check in and get their name badges before they unload.
Go to Registration at either location. You will also get your business license at this time – it must be prominently displayed in your booth/table area. The City of Santa Fe Tax Department will come by on Friday during the day to check for them.

If you have not sent your paperwork for your Special Event Business License to Tammy when you returned your booth application, you will need to call her ASAP at 970-776-1422. You cannot set-up or sell without your business license – there are no exceptions!
