Below are the forms you’ll need to order supplies and services for the show.

2010 Bazaar Hours:			Setup Hours:
Thurs. Fri. Sat. Sun.	March 18: 5 PM - 9 PM March 19: 10 AM - 6 PM March 20: 10 AM - 6 PM March 21: 11 AM - 5 PM		Wed. Thurs.	March 17: Booths can move in from 5 PM - 9 PM March 18: Booths & Tables 9 AM - 4:30 PM (show opens at 5 PM)

			Tear Down Hours:
			Sun.	March 21: 5 PM - 8 PM

An 8' x 10' BOOTH comes with ONE(1) 8' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
Located in the Santa Fe Community Convention Center

A TABLE comes with ONE(1) 6' x 3' table, ONE(1) chair, ONE(1) wastebasket, and THREE (3) Badges.
Located in La Fonda Hotel

BADGES - Each booth/table comes with THREE (3) badges.
Names must be emailed to Morgan Kralle, mkralle@interweave.com.

There are 2 forms every vendor MUST fill out before participating in Bead Fest Santa Fe
MANDATORY New Mexico CRS Tax ID number
Fill out the New Mexico CRS Tax ID application and send it in - obtaining a CRS ID number is FREE.
Instructions for filling out the above form.

If you have done any show in NM the state may have your old Tax ID# activated. To see if they still have one on file call 505-827-0951.

You must have your CRS number to fill out the Special Events License Form!

Santa Fe Special Events License
Fill out the form and send it in to Morgan- you MUST HAVE YOUR NM TAX ID NUMBER to fill out this form!
*** YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS LISCENSE, DO NOT SUBMIT TO THE CITY OF SANTA FE ***
If you vend at the Convention Center and will also be selling at the Meet the Teachers Reception, you will need 2 licenses, one for each location.

Where to pick up badges and tax license:
Vendors at either location need to check in and get their name badges before they unload.
Go to Registration at either location. You will also get your business license at this time – it must be prominently displayed in your booth/table area. The City of Santa Fe Tax Department will come by on Friday during the day to check for them.

If you have not sent your paperwork to Morgan Krallefor your Special Event Business License, you will need to call her ASAP at 610-232-5745. You cannot set-up or sell without your business license – there are no exceptions!

LA FONDA VENDORS:
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET

La Fonda Parking:
Current price for overnight parking at La Fonda is $12/night. However Bead Fest hotel guests will receive a special rate of $8.00 for the dates of the event.

Parking for day visitors in the La Fonda garage is currently $2.00 for the first hour and $1.00 each hour thereafter with a maximum of $8.00 for a full day.

Large vans or motor coaches cannot be accomdated in the La Fonda garage.

(92k) Electricity & Phone Form
If you need elictricity or a phone line you must fill this form out.
All extension cords and power strips must be rented from La Fonda.

Shipping:
NO PACKAGES CAN BE SHIPPED TO THE HOTEL.
Any and all boxes will be turned away.

You must ship your boxes to the decorator and have them delivered.

If you need a phone line or a line for your credit card machine you must fill this form out.

(206k) Rules & Regulations and General Information from the Decorator

The decorator requires payment in full at the time you place your order, along with the “Credit Card Authorization Form”. Please include the 6.75% NM State tax. Sales tax is applicable to all services.

This must be filled out and sent in with your order.

(75k) Electricity & Lighting Form
Print and fax your electricity request to Convention Services at 505-243-8197.
