Please choose your workshops carefully!

If a workshop is canceled by the instructor or by Bead Fest a full refund will be given to the registered students, or the registered student may change into another workshop within the same event for no additional fee - we will apply full value of the canceled class and the student will pay or be refunded the difference.

Registrants may change a workshop for a $25 change fee. Workshops are non-transferable between Events.

Registrants understand that workshop skill level and prerequisites are listed for each workshop. No refunds or changes will be made to registrants for any reason related to skill level or prerequisites.

Santa Fe registrants may change workshops through end of day Thursday, January 31, 2013.

Spring registrants may change a workshop through end of day Thursday, Feburary 28, 2013.

Philadelphia registrants may change a workshop through end of day Wednesday, July 10, 2013.

If you cancel your workshop registration prior to the cancellation date you will be refunded 100% of workshop cost, less a $35.00 cancellation fee. From the cancellation date until the event, there is a 0% refund for workshop fees and kits will not be mailed or refunded for canceling/changing the workshop.

No changes can be made after the cancellation dates listed below
A $10 on-site registration fee will be charged to students registering at the show.

	Online registration will close Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

	Online registration will close Sunday, August 18, 2013.
