Technique: Drilling, Enameling & Design
Richard Salley and Jessica Jordan team up to bring you an intensive 3-day workshop that focuses entirely on the process of ring making. In this series of workshops you will learn how to make Spinner Rings, a Bezel Set Cabochon Ring and an enamel ring with Tube Set CZ. Whether this will be your first foray into ring making or you want to expand your ring making knowledge, you will leave the workshop with newly acquired skills that will launch you into a new level of jewelry making.

Technique: Enameling & Wire Work
Combine the age old technique of Viking knit with the modern technique of immersion enameling to form a fun and fanciful bracelet. During half the class we will work on our Viking knit using fine gauge copper wire and then later we will play with beads with small and large holes and add color through the process of immersion enameling known as Painting with Fire using the patented Bead Pulling Station. Depending on each students speed it is possible that we will finish the bracelet. The teacher will demonstrate construction of all components.

Technique: Wire Wrapping & Crimping
Create something truly unique using unusually eclectic materials! Chain is so hot right now, and tortoise resin really takes the cake. A strand of Jesse James Beads will serve as the focal element and student will learn a fun trick of how to make seed bead wire guardians to connect the focal to the chain, as well as crimping and using jump rings. This project is unique, sparkly and an instant conversation piece. Get inspired by the way unconventional materials take a piece to new heights with our Chic and Stylish Tortoise Chain Necklace! Technique: Bead Stringing & Knotting
Loving that Vintage Necklace... This workshop will give students an opportunity to design and create a unique one of a kind necklace with beads, chain, findings, and unique jewelry components that are inspired by the Victorian era. Students will learn how to combine beading technique with color and design principles to create a beautiful multi-strand necklace. This class is a wonderful opportunity to explore one's creativity and develop unique design skills. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
If a workshop is canceled by the instructor or by Bead Fest Philadelphia a full refund will be given to the registered students, or the registered student may change into another workshop for no additional fee - we will apply full value of the canceled classand the student will pay or be refunded the difference.
Registrants may change a workshop through end of day

Registrants understand that workshop skill level and prerequisites are listed for each workshop. No refunds or changes will be made to registrants for any reason related to skill level or prerequisites.
If you cancel your workshop registration by the end of day
Wednesday, July 2, 2014: You will be refunded 100% of
workshop cost, minus $35.00 per workshop.
From July 3rd until the event, there is a 0% refund for workshop fees and kits will not be mailed or refunded for canceling/changing the workshop.
No changes can be made after Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
