Semi-Automatic Cabochon Machine
The Addexton Company introduces its semi-automatic cabochon machine, enabling the professional cutter to obtain repeatability of shape and uniformity of size. No special dops or dopping methods are required. Once the stone has been attached to the dop, it is ground to the proper shape and size. Diamond Jem
Raytech introduces the Diamond Jem cabbing machine. It comes complete with metal bonded diamond wheels, True Circle Diamond Bands on 6" x 1-1/2" expandable drums, motor, lamp, Rayspray recirculating coolant system, spin disc, end covers, and a 14,000 Rez belt plus compound for charging it. There is ample space between wheels. Replace only the band itself when needed - it slips over the expandable drum so a whole new wheel need not be purchased. 6" Diamond Cab Workshop
Barraca Diamond Products, Inc. introduces the 6" combination polisher/trim saw/grinder unit. The independently operated fingertip water valves control flow to the individual diamond wheels and expandable drum. A submersible water pump controls flow from a bucket to the water control valves to recirculate the cooling water.
